The Expotecnológica program as a strategy of social appropriation of knowledge from the Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo

As part of the policies of the Institutional Development Plan, the Pascual Bravo University Institution has the goal of executing academic events. In addition, it has programs and projects that develop public policies in science, technology, and innovation, articulated to the educational sector and relevant to the national context of Colombia. Aiming at the development of these goals, the Faculty of Engineering of the Institution mentioned above proposes the realization of Expotecnológica, the fair with which the institution seeks to strengthen the social appropriation of institutionally developed knowledge, in addition to the inclusion of students, teachers, administrators, managers, and the productive sector. This goal is materialized through scientific-technological activities that promote regional and national development under the country's policy on innovation and social appropriation of knowledge so that society actively participates in the construction of science through a common language that allows quick access to information.
